The beef donair is the dish we are named for. Seasoned halal beef cooks slowly on the vertical spit, and we shave it thin to order so the edges stay crisp and the centre stays juicy.
It goes into a soft warm pita with your pick of banana pepper, green pepper, lettuce, onion, pickle and tomato, then gets finished with garlic, sweet or tzatziki sauce. Choose regular or large.
